The Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development and execution of strategic sales plans.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Drive revenue growth and expansion through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure ongoing business success.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  5. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer accounts and sales activities.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and expansion.
