The Role
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and expansion through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure ongoing business success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer accounts and sales activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and expansion.
