Job Summary

Aramex is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to promote our international express courier services across various countries in Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue business opportunities within the Africa Lane segment, focusing on key industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and retail.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our international courier services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of agreements and contracts with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements and our service capabilities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar qualification
  • Minimum 3-year corporate sales record
  • Proven track record of achieving set targets for a reputable corporate
  • Industry as well as product knowledge and experience important
  • Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
  • Valid Code 08 driver's license and own reliable transport
