African Business Development Manager

The position of Regional Sales Manager at Gerald Lilian Executive Appointments (GLEA) offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in Africa. Based on the East Rand, this multinational family group seeks a leader with expertise in sales and marketing to spearhead their African operations.
With state-of-the-art machinery and a niche product portfolio, our company has established itself as the world's most trusted original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The regional sales manager will be responsible for managing a team of 9 staff members across Southern Africa, Western Africa, and Central Africa, ensuring effective sales strategies are implemented and targets are met.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification, preferably a diploma or degree, and experience in sales and marketing within an OEM environment. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently are essential qualities for success in this role.
