About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated African Market Development Lead to join our team at Complement Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the African market, leveraging your expertise in Client Relationship Management and market trends.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base in the African market, identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide ongoing education to clients about new features, updates, and our total solution offerings.
  • Monitor client spending and ensure that country targets are met, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Sales in Southern Africa, particularly in Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Nigeria, and Zambia.
  • Proven track record in Client Relationship Management, with a focus on building enduring connections with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret market data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
