Administrative Services Coordinator

As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance by administering all personnel data in the payroll system and preparing payrolls.
You will also process payroll-related taxes to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and contractual client obligations.

- Administering all personnel data in the payroll system
- Preparing payrolls
- Processing payroll-related taxes to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and contractual client obligations
- Ensuring changes registered in operational systems are accurately reflected in finance systems
- Updating payment instruments and managing compensation benefits tasks
- Ensuring time, expenses, and benefits are accurately captured
- Ensuring all payroll tax data is compliant with regulations and legislation
- Resolving payroll tax-related issues efficiently
- Ensuring timely completion of all tax payments, filings, and reconciliations
- Conducting third-party payroll tax audits (External / Internal / SARS)
- Escalating potential payroll issues promptly
- Participating in periodic reviews of all payrolls to ensure compliance
- Bi-annual and yearly submissions
- ROE submissions
- Understanding of bargaining council and unions
- Understanding of compliance within a payroll environment
- Able to deal with stakeholders, management team, and clients
