Administrative Coordinator Executive

As an Administrative Coordinator Executive at Curro Holdings Ltd, you'll play a critical role in supporting our executive team. In this position, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role
- You'll need previous experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of client service and excellent communication skills are essential.
- You'll operate a switchboard and deal with inquiries on the phone, email, and in person.
- Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client service.
- You'll need excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional personal presentation is a must.
- You'll work closely with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to visitors, deal with inquiries, and provide information regarding the school to the public, learners, parents, and clients.
- Answer the telephone, screen calls, and direct them accordingly.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Greet persons entering the school and direct them to the correct destination.
- Generate quotations and manage bookings for the conference centre.
- Liaise with the food and beverage department.
- Deal with queries from learners and clients.
- Organise and coordinate the usage of venues and boardroom.
- Update and maintain the telephone list for distribution to staff.
- E nsure whereabouts of staff movements in and out of the school.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Fully understand the details of the group portfolio.
- Show personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
