Senior Administrative Coordinator for Healthcare

National Renal Care is seeking a highly skilled Care Home Administrator to join our team, providing exceptional administrative support to our care home operations.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the care home team, ensuring the smooth operation of reception services, admissions, and resident management.
- Coordinate admissions, ensuring a seamless transition for new residents and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage the provision of effective and efficient reception services, responding promptly to enquiries and assisting prospective residents.
- Ensure that Resident contracts are presented to residents or their representatives prior to admission and completed on day one of admission.
- Collect initial payments and arrange Direct Debits for ongoing payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a care home administrator is essential, demonstrating a strong understanding of care home operations.
- A warm and approachable persona, confident in liaising with staff and residents.
- Excellent time management skills, able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team, achieving results through collaboration and communication.
