Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate daily activities and tasks.
  2. Manage office resources and supplies.
  3. Schedule meetings and appointments.
  4. Assist with travel arrangements and event planning.
  5. Provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

  1. 2 - 5 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  2. Relevant diploma, degree, or certification.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Benefits: A competitive salary range of R35 - R40 per month.
