At Pangea Professional Services, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining office operations and supporting executive management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide executive support by managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel logistics
  2. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  4. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress
  5. Organise and maintain office filing systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  6. Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance for office equipment
  7. Support the team in other administrative tasks as assigned to enhance overall productivity

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
  2. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
  3. Coordinate health and safety training sessions for staff
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  5. Respond to and address any health and safety concerns or incidents promptly
