Residential Services Coordinator

Ashton personnel seeks a Residential Services Coordinator to join our team. This critical role provides administrative support to the Home Manager and other departments within the care home, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities and Tasks:This role encompasses various administrative duties to facilitate the smooth operation of the care home. Key responsibilities include managing reception services, coordinating admissions, and maintaining resident contracts.
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee the provision of effective and efficient reception services to create a warm welcome for residents and their families.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager to coordinate admissions and ensure a seamless transition for new residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident contracts, including payment arrangements and contract amendments.
- Liaise with relevant departments to address payroll, procurement, finance, and HR matters.
- Cover reception duties in the absence of the receptionist to maintain continuity of service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a care home administrator is essential.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff and residents.
