About the Role

This senior sales leadership position is responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations: Develop and implement sales operations processes to ensure efficient and effective sales execution.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse sales force to maximize product/service penetration, extend the existing customer base, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Manage key customer relationships to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer loyalty.

  • Revenue growth
  • Gross Profit margin
  • Customer retention rates
Requirements
  • Education: Matric or equivalent qualification; BCom/Business Science, BA Business Management, or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a sales management role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong sales operations and account management experience.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives.
