- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the lighting or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of lighting systems, fixtures, controls, and applications.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Energy Saving Companys and Project owners to promote our lighting solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and project specifications to propose suitable lighting solutions.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals and quotations based on project specifications.
- Create detailed project plans and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, including order processing and logistics.
- Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our client base.
