Front Desk Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Fortis Recruiting Solutions.
- Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors to our office.
- Phone and Mail Management: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Administrative Support: Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, including:
- Quote Request and Processing: Request and process quotes from suppliers, and track purchase orders and deliveries.
- Supplier Database Management: Manage supplier databases and documentation, and assist with invoice processing.
- Office Supplies and Organization: Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized and tidy.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in reception, administration, or procurement is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Communication Skills: A professional, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of Procurement Processes: Knowledge of procurement processes is an advantage.
