Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Office Coordinator to join our team at one of our partner hotels. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome, assist and direct guests in a friendly and polite manner.
  • Provide high-quality customer service at all times.
  • Manage telephones, emails, and reservations in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Evaluate and respond to guest special requests.
  • Handle problems that arise in an effective and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in managing customer relations face-to-face and via phone.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Cash handling skills.
  • Familiarity with Opera software.
