Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Office Coordinator to join our team at one of our partner hotels. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome, assist and direct guests in a friendly and polite manner.
- Provide high-quality customer service at all times.
- Manage telephones, emails, and reservations in a prompt and professional manner.
- Evaluate and respond to guest special requests.
- Handle problems that arise in an effective and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in managing customer relations face-to-face and via phone.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Cash handling skills.
- Familiarity with Opera software.
