Our client in the Financial and Insurance Industry

**Administrator.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Data capturing
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations when required
- Perform other administrative duties
**Requirements**:
- Insurance and Financial Industry experience
- not negotiable
- Matric
- Drivers License with own reliable transport is essential
- Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English is required
- Stable work track record as an Administrator, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Reliable
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
**Salary**:
R16 000 - R18 000 CTC Salary per Month
