The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service assistance to members, greeting them in a friendly and welcoming manner, and ensuring that the reception area is efficiently and effectively controlled.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting members and providing a positive first impression
  • Answering telephones and responding to inquiries
  • Resolving member queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing superior communication skills and being approachable

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

To succeed as a Front Desk Coordinator, you will need:

  • Basic PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible schedule and ability to work shifts
