Job Summary

The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by securing new clients and managing relationships with existing clients in need of cleaning services. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong understanding of how cleaning services can enhance clients' operations.

Main Responsibilities

  1. New Business Development: Identify potential opportunities in target industries and markets, and utilize cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and addressing any concerns or needs.
  3. Service Proposals: Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' cleaning needs and present tailored service proposals that meet their requirements and budget.
  4. Service Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are beneficial for both the client and the company while maintaining profitability.
  5. Client Retention: Work to ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and addressing any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs set by the company, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the cleaning services industry, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
  8. Collaboration with Operations Team: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of services for new clients.
  9. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or similar role, ideally in the cleaning services or facilities management industry.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning service offerings, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, specialized cleaning, and post-construction cleaning (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.

Earnings Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
