Lead Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Growth Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Job DescriptionThe Lead Business Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, leveraging their expertise in B2B payments solutions to identify and pursue new clients. This role requires a high level of business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business growth strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development or sales leadership role, preferably in the payments industry
- A strong understanding of B2B payments solutions and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent business acumen, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
