About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at Gap Consulting. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in fleet vehicle sales, preferably within the motor industry.
  • A Grade 12 qualification is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • The ability to work in a corporate dealer environment.
  • Specific brand experience pertaining to this client (to be discussed during screening interviews).
  • Contactable references.
  • The ability to provide at least 6 months' payslips or commission sheets on request.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is R35,000 per month, plus incentives and benefits including:

  • A company vehicle.
  • Fuel allowance.
