Capital Recruit: Digital Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to join our team at Capital Recruit. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a pioneering solution that enhances the passenger experience and transforms how premier brands advertise their products and services to the commuter market.

The ideal candidate will possess multiple key relationships with buyers in our company's ICP, demonstrate a deep level of expertise in digital advertising, and be willing to develop a thorough understanding of our platform's solution.

This role requires meticulous ownership and management of key strategic relationships with media agencies and clients, as well as a proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets in prior sales roles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sell Digital Advertising: Sell digital advertising on our platform, utilizing personal relationships and innovative sales technology tools to generate leads.
  • Develop Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new advertising partners and clients, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key strategic clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • Industry Expertise: Possess a deep level of expertise in digital advertising and a willingness to develop a thorough understanding of our platform's solution.
  • Relationship Building: Meticulously own and manage key strategic relationships with media agencies and clients.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets in prior sales roles.

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission-based incentives and bonus opportunities.
