The Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for growing revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group.
Responsibilities
- Deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives through high-quality account management.
- Identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Build solid relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to result in revenue protection and growth.
- Achieve or exceed targeted revenue for products by adhering to planning, documentation, reporting, and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets.
Requirements
- Be results and target-driven with a self-motivated aptitude.
- Have excellent communication skills, essential for effective relationship-building with customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, with a successful customer service and sales support background.
- Have experience working within a B2B sales/customer service environment and retaining and growing customers.
