**About The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth through customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers using persuasive communication and negotiation skills, negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals, address objections and provide solutions to secure customer commitment, ensure all sales agreements are documented accurately and processed promptly.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, analyse competitor activity to develop unique value propositions.
  • Client Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding new clients, provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports to track progress, analyse trends, and measure performance against targets, provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market dynamics, and sales strategies, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities on the required reporting systems, maintain call reports.
