Employee Experience and Training Coordinator

We are seeking an Employee Experience and Training Coordinator to join our People Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage training programs to improve employee knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their learning needs and preferences
- Analyze training metrics and provide insights to inform future program development
- Build relationships with employees to promote a culture of continuous learning and development
Requirements:
- Honours Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR training and development, preferably in engineering, production, or software industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
