In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing employee experience strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborating with line managers to drive employee productivity and engagement
  • Analyzing trends and metrics to inform HR decisions
  • Implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Providing daily HR guidance and support to employees and managers
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Preparing HR reports and analyzing HR metrics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum undergraduate tertiary qualification in HR
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role in a manufacturing environment
  • Accreditation with SABPP or other South African HR professional bodies
  • Sound knowledge of Human Capital Legislation, including PIMCA
  • Sound knowledge of HR Practice, Policy, and Procedure
  • MS Office Suite and data visualization tools
