The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will be measured on their ability to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A Diploma in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology is essential; a Degree would be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR role which includes the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Experience in the aviation and engineering sector will be advantageous.
  • Valid drivers' license.
