About the Role

The Change and Communications Consultant will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and evaluating change management plans for various HR projects and initiatives at TFG. As part of our People Shared Services team, you will ensure effective communication with project leads and stakeholders, develop internal employee change and communication plans, and manage timelines to deliver high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Leads: Ensure effective briefings with project leads and business stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Develop Communication Plans: Compile and implement internal employee change and communication plans related to various HR initiatives and projects, adhering to our structured change management methodology.
  • Prepare Engaging Content: Create communication drafts such as emails, user guides, and FAQs, tailored to different stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure Quality and Timeliness: Adhere to defined operating procedures, manage timelines with stakeholders, and ensure communication is delivered per agreed timelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree or Equivalent: A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • HR Operations Understanding: A working understanding of HR operations and principles.
  • Experience in HR Environment: 5-7 years of experience working within an HR environment.
  • Project Delivery Experience: 1-3 years' experience working in a project delivery context advantageous.
