- Prepare Engaging Content: Create communication drafts such as emails, user guides, and FAQs, tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Ensure Quality and Timeliness: Adhere to defined operating procedures, manage timelines with stakeholders, and ensure communication is delivered per agreed timelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree or Equivalent: A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- HR Operations Understanding: A working understanding of HR operations and principles.
- Experience in HR Environment: 5-7 years of experience working within an HR environment.
- Project Delivery Experience: 1-3 years' experience working in a project delivery context advantageous.
