TalentLink is seeking an Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves:

  • Prospecting new clients through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing to drive new business sales.
  • Conducting comprehensive risk evaluations for clients to identify their needs.
  • Providing tailored solutions by selling COMMERCIAL SHORT TERM INSURANCE PRODUCTS that meet client requirements.
  • Offering ongoing support and service to individual clients, including amendments, renewals, and claims assistance.
  • Retaining existing business through timely renewal discussions and proactive communication.
  • Building internal and external relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Continuously expanding the client base to secure future income streams.
  • Staying up-to-date with commercial insurance market trends and developments.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, claims, and management teams.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in driving business growth.
