To succeed as an Insurance Sales Specialist, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate.
- A valid Code B driver's license.
- 2 years of external sales experience in insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Numerical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for a self-starter who can take initiative, work well under pressure, and balance team and individual responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills, as well as presentation and facilitation skills. A creative flair and innovative thinking are also essential for success in this role.
BenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of approximately R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes bonuses and other incentives based on performance.
