About the Role

The successful candidate will provide specialist financial advice and deliver exceptional client service to retain current clients and secure new business in support of our business strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads and securing new business to meet our targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Performance
    • Ensure new business targets are met by generating leads and securing new business.
    • Meet retention targets to ensure long-term client relationships.
    • Achieve agreed income budgets for your book of business.
    • Minimize expenses while supporting the growth strategy of the group.
  • Client Satisfaction
    • Provide accurate, timely, and professional communication with stakeholders (clients, underwriters, insurers).
    • Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Deliver exceptional client service to achieve and exceed client satisfaction targets.
  • Business Processes
    • Provide tailored insurance advice to clients adhering to our quality standard and regulatory frameworks.
    • Apply expert business knowledge to understand clients' operations and compile risk profiles.
    • Analyze clients' current portfolios and recommend improvements.
    • Provide advice on updated valuations for assets and facilitate market exercises.
    • Compile presentations addressing risks and adding value to clients' portfolios.
    • Support clients throughout claims processes until finalization.
    • Act as liaison between clients and insurers for document transfer and information exchange.
    • Follow underwriting processes for new business, endorsements, and cancellations.
    • Communicate clearly and promptly regarding underwriting support requirements.
