About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide specialist financial advice and deliver exceptional client service to retain current clients and secure new business in support of our business strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads and securing new business to meet our targets.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Performance
- Ensure new business targets are met by generating leads and securing new business.
- Meet retention targets to ensure long-term client relationships.
- Achieve agreed income budgets for your book of business.
- Minimize expenses while supporting the growth strategy of the group.
- Client Satisfaction
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional communication with stakeholders (clients, underwriters, insurers).
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional client service to achieve and exceed client satisfaction targets.
- Business Processes
- Provide tailored insurance advice to clients adhering to our quality standard and regulatory frameworks.
- Apply expert business knowledge to understand clients' operations and compile risk profiles.
- Analyze clients' current portfolios and recommend improvements.
- Provide advice on updated valuations for assets and facilitate market exercises.
- Compile presentations addressing risks and adding value to clients' portfolios.
- Support clients throughout claims processes until finalization.
- Act as liaison between clients and insurers for document transfer and information exchange.
- Follow underwriting processes for new business, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Communicate clearly and promptly regarding underwriting support requirements.
