Insurance Business Development Manager

Job Description:
The Insurance Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the Western Cape region.
About the Role:
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future business decisions.
About You:
- You have a strong understanding of the non-life insurance industry and its trends.
- You are an excellent communicator and can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- You are results-driven and able to set and meet ambitious targets.
- You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- FAIS Compliant in Non-life Commercial product category.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in non-life insurance.
- Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate.

Educational Requirements: Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate.

Salary: R 400,000 - R 600,000 per annum.
