Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors

Sales Performance:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Prepare and present sales proposals

• Negotiate contracts and close deals

Market Insights:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

• Provide market insights and feedback to the sales team

Requirements:

• Proven track record in commercial sales, preferably in the building materials or tile industry

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
