About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in retention and collections management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in a retention and collections environment and minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to optimize customer retention and manage collections processes from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing departmental goals, strategies, and operational plans aligned with business objectives
- Designing and implementing effective collection strategies to improve retention rates
- Managing collections processes, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of outstanding balances
The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 per year.
This is a 12-month contract.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Matric qualification and relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Finance)
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a retention and collections environment
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
