About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, capital utilization, and balance sheet management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Treasury and Trade Solutions revenue growth optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing asset and deposit books to identify pricing inefficiencies and ensure optimal pricing strategies are applied, thereby preventing net interest income (NII) leakage.
  • Develop and implement pricing models across TTS products to enhance pricing effectiveness, ensuring profitability and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Enhance price-making and price discovery processes by establishing mandates and frameworks for deposit pricing, overdrafts, and general banking facilities to align pricing structures with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement balance sheet optimisation strategies, such as SRT transactions or securitisation, to increase balance sheet capacity while maintaining capital efficiency.
  • Develop relationship pricing strategies that consider the full value chain of client interactions, ensuring that pricing adjustments in one area contribute to maximised revenue in another.
  • Optimise GBF pricing and capital utilisation by refining risk-weighted asset (RWA) calculations and ensuring capital is deployed in the most efficient manner.
  • Work with TTS stakeholders to assess the financial impact of various pricing decisions, ensuring that trade-offs are evaluated holistically to maximise long-term revenue.
