International French Language Support Specialist

Black Pen Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious airline brand to find a highly skilled and fluent French language speaker to join their international customer support team in North West, South Africa.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills in French and English to work in a dynamic contact centre environment. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers across various work streams.
Job Description**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations departments in French and English languages.
- Work on airline reservation systems and handle voice calls in English and French, which may include some written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment.
**What We Offer:
- Fully paid product and systems training provided (4 weeks).
- A competitive salary of approximately R350,000 per annum.
- A probation period of 4 months.
**Requirements:
- Native level fluency in French language: Verbal & Written.
- Located in South Africa.
- Permanent residence permit or South African ID holder only.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
**Additional Information:
- Training location: Waterfront (first 15 weeks).
- Working hours: 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day - Rotational shifts Mondays – Sundays includes public holidays as operationally required.
