International Flight Support Representative

As an International Flight Support Representative at our esteemed client, you will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious airline brand, handling various work streams and providing exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English languages.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses native-level fluency in Spanish language, both verbally and written. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in our customer relations department.
Responsibilities:
- Work on airline reservations systems
- Handle voice calls in English and Spanish, including some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Spanish language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
What We Offer:
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
Location: North West, South Africa
Working Hours: 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day - Rotational shifts Mondays – Sundays includes public holidays as operationally required
Salary: R200,000 - R250,000 per annum, depending on experience
