About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of R350,000 per annum, plus benefits. The ideal candidate will have native-level fluency in Italian, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Work on various work streams for a prestigious airline brand, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in Italian and English languages.
- Provide assistance to passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Utilize airline reservations systems and handle voice calls, including some written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers, responding to queries and compliments while maintaining high client service levels.
- Native level fluency in Italian language: Verbal & Written.
- Located in South Africa with a valid residence permit or South African ID.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including rotational schedules.
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
- Fully paid product and systems training provided.
- Training duration: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).
- Probation period: 4 months.
