Key Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Business Development Manager at ATripleA Recruitment and Temps, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. Your primary focus will be on building and developing strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels through prompt addressing of customer inquiries and concerns. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business expansion, liaise with the team regarding sample deliveries and customer visits, and regularly visit clients to gather feedback, update CRM records, and provide market insights. Additionally, you will monitor and report on market trends to identify opportunities for new product promotions or adjustments, gather and analyze data on competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies, and work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

Requirements:

* Relevant degree or post-matric diploma/qualification
* Proven experience in marketing or a related field
* Experience within the food and/or packaging industry is an advantage
* Ability to analyze market trends and data
* Proficiency in marketing software and CRM systems
* Syspro & Power bi experience will be to your advantage
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
