Strategic Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Consultant to join our team at Achievement Awards Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing sales plans, successfully converting sales leads into business opportunities, and managing customer portfolios to build solid relationships with opportunities for growth.
About the Role:- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring ongoing support and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the industry, positioning the company's products effectively.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts and close deals, providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying abreast of latest sales methodologies and trends.
In order to excel in this role, you should have proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the B2B industry. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.

Estimated salary range: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience.
