Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new partners, ensure they start transacting, and grow existing relationships through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Manage service delivery, operational tasks, and align with vendor or brand requirements.

Requirements:
  • +3 years' experience in account/channel management with C-level stakeholders.
  • +6 years' experience in ICT (preferably cloud-based environments - With an ability to keep up with technology and industry developments).
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Business Management or equivalent.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
