Job Title: Key Account Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Executive to join our team at Charm Recruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with key clients, and monitoring sales performance.
About You:
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyzing market trends and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach, prioritizing client satisfaction and driving business growth through tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of the Industry: Familiarity with the car rental industry and market trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
What We Offer:
