Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through prompt and professional communication via phone, email, and other channels.
- Provide comprehensive support to customers, addressing all questions related to our product in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve as the interface between the customer and various departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Employ consistent troubleshooting techniques to promptly identify and resolve customer issues.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- Adhere to escalation procedures as necessary, collaborating with team leaders to improve day-to-day customer experiences.
- Undertake miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in the BPO sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch (written and verbal).
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service.
