Good client liaison skills - experience working with clients face to face and on the telephone Neat, presentable and organised - in appearance and within the work environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised
Punctual and reliable
Hard working and willing to learn
Must reside in Cape Town
Drivers license is essential
Technical Requirements:
ISP Helpdesk Services - Fibre, Wireless and ADSL troubleshooting
Knowledge of Mikrotik Router OS, Ubiquiti as well as Cisco switches an advantage.
IT Help desk support skills - Fibre trouble shooting (Min 1 year experience)
Setup of WAN routers such as Internet routers, Fibre routers as well as the ability to troubleshoot such devices essential.
Setup of Wireless access points (TP Link, D-Lin, Unifi etc.)
