**Position**: Training/Skills development And Human Resources Generalist

**Department**: Human Resources Department

**Manager**: Human Resources Manager

**Mission of the Function**: Landis+Gyr (Pty) Ltd is part of a global organisation and is engaged in the design, production and distribution of energy metering and energy management products. This role provides support to the HR Manager and ensure implimantation, maintenance of training/Skills development and other HR Administrative processes.

**Qualifications: Minimum Preferred**:University Degree - HR Management, Psychology

**Professional Experience**: Minimum: 8 years and above as HR Generalist experience

Preferred: 10 years HR Generalist experience in a medium sized company 150+ employees

**Leadership Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience of defining goals and objectives and leading/driving to achieve desired results.
- Be a first point of contact for all the HR Related Queries
- Could have previous experience either in a general administrative role or HR

**Intercultural Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience of working effectively in a multi-cultural environment

**Responsibilities**:

**Annual Cost to company negotiable depending on Experience: R550000.00 to R750000.00**
