The person will carry out a variety of functions such as recruitment, BBEE Administration & compensation to name a few. If this is you, then this opportunity awaits you**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives that support the HR Strategy**
***:

- **Aid with BBBEE Tourism Code and verification audits**
***:

- **Implementing the L&D initiatives in response to changing needs**
***:

- **Providing L&D advice to individuals, teams, and programs**
***:

- **Make certain that training is recorded, and registers are kept**
***:

- **General Human Resources**
***:

- **Ensuring and maintaining employee files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.**
***:

- **Drawing up paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establish employee file**
***:

- **Effective administration of the diversity and BBBEE transformation processes inclusive of Employment Equity.**
***:

- **Educating staff and management on policies and procedures to ensure correct implementation and adherence**
***:

- **Helping clients and evaluating their needs regarding HR services.**

- **Arranging statutory reports.**
***:

- **Assuring compliance with vendor guidelines by preparing letters and other paperwork as directed; receive and record vendor insurance premium payments.**

- **Coordinating health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicate with service providers concerning routine administration of programs**

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- **Ability to analyze HR processes and make practical recommendations to clients**

- **BBBEE knowledge**

- **Microsoft Office, Advance Excel (non-negotiable)**
***:

- **Experience with EE and Training Module in People 300**
***:

- **Relevant degree in human resources**
***:

- **8-10 years’ Experience in HR**
***:

- **Conducted Employment Equity Meetings**
***

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**

- **Labour law**

- **Payroll process**
***:

- **BBBEE codes imperative**

- **Management practices**

- **Training programs and practices**
