Human Resource Manager

Our client a dynamic business support and e-commerce Company, supporting international clients, is searching for a Human Resource Manager, to join their team.
**Qualifications and Experience Required**:
- Matric, Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Equivalent Degree.
- **5 years or more** years relevant experience in Human Resources (Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent)
- **2 years or more** experience as Human Resources Manager or similar or equivalent management experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all aspects of the Company’s Human Resources function, including:
- Job evaluation and job design,
- Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Selection.
- Employee relations (grievances, discipline, poor performance management, etc.).
- Performance management, including managing performance appraisals.
- Training, employee development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Remuneration, Reward, and Benefits.
- Employee Wellness.
- Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources Administration (including onboarding and termination of employees), ensuring administration system is implemented, always ensuring effective and efficient document control (contracts and all employee relevant documentation), including regular audits thereof.
- Responsible for compliance with all relevant Legislation, including the BCEA, LRA, Employment Equity, Skills Development, OHSA, COIDA, and all other relevant legislation.
- Providing advice to Management, to minimise risk to the Company.
- Keeping up to date with, advising, and where required implementing all Human Resources compliance requirements and best practices.
- Implementation, enforcement, and monitoring of all human resources policies and procedures.
- Where required, develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, with the input and approval of senior and executive management, with necessary monitoring systems (where relevant)
- Lead, direct, and effectively manage the Human Resources department to achieve the Company’s human resources objectives and requirements, including efficient delegation, mentoring, and succession planning of the human resources team.
- Partner with managers and provide comprehensive and holistic service on all the Human Resources functions.
- Engaged in Human Resources Projects consistent with the needs of the business.
- Effective management of allocated Budgets.
- All other relevant and applicable Human Resources functions to support the Company.
