CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT COORDINATOR - WEST RAND - R20000 to R25000

The Right Company are currently recruiting for a dynamic, energetic and strong individual who is capable of managing the customer care function for a client in the West Rand.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- The incumbent is expected to be a one-stop resolution by resolving customer queries and complaints
- Accurate capturing of data and updating of customer care system.
- Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained in a highly pressurized environment.
- Problem solve complaints and provide feedback to customers
- Follow up on customer’s outstanding queries.
- Accurate record keeping and preparing reports for management
- Effective utilization of the Respond System
- Adherence to schedules as determined on the Respond system.
- Assist with any other tasks or duties assigned by the Manager as the need arise to ensure exceptional and efficient service.

Skills and Requirements:

- Grade 12 / Matric essential
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a Customer Service outbound environment which includes dealing with a variety of queries and complaints.
- Tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
- A passion for customer service and a professional attitude at all times.
- Knowledge of Customer service systems would be an added advantage.
- The incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to pay attention to details.
- The ability to cope with a constant changing and pressurized environment.
- The ability to work in an environment where multi-skilling is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate information both orally and in writing so others will understand
- Computer knowledge: SAP and Microsoft Office
- Capacity to track and handle customer queries and complaints
- Ability to research problems and provide solutions
- Ability to remain calm when being confronted and to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
- Able to work in a team
- Attention to detail
- Able work under pressure
- Good time management skills
- Be able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to make decisions and react quickly to problems
