Customer Service Coordinator/management Assistant

Our client, a professional, fast paced international gas/chemical processing manufacturer is seeking to employ an organised and customer centric and service focused right hand to the Divisional Manager and provide support and direction to the technical teams.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION**
- You will have Matric plus a diploma in administration or sales and marketing, coupled with 5-8 years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing customer service centre.
- You will have a management support or strongly technical support background, ideally in the gas, cylinder or chemical processing, coupled with experience in project coordination, efficient work order processing and a proactive approach to customer service
- You will have a solid understanding of regenerating inactive accounts and generating revenue from inactive customers by dedicated calls and correspondence, as well being able to coordinate travel arrangements, generate reports, ensure SLA’s are signed and correctly filed, as well as ensuring HSE is adhered to and documentation or critical correspondence is communicated to the management or teams accordingly.
- Advanced Microsoft software skills and proficiency in either Syspro, Sap or Oracle is essential.
- Ideally, you will have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle to assist the sales team when required
- A list of contactable references and a clear criminal and credit record is essential due to the level of trust of this role.
