**Job Details**:
A communications solutions provider looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the business’ client base. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships and your passion for delivering exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Location: Century City, Cape Town, South Africa

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Provide excellent post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market conditions and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of abovementioned offerings.
- Own transport
