Apex Cyber Technologies, a growing company, is seeking a strategic sales professional who is focused and results oriented to assume the role Regional Sales Manager (Western Cape). As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, and will be responsible for achieving the sales target within your region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensuring Account Executives are achieving their full potential and have access to appropriate support.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customers.
- Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve specific objectives and goals.
- Developing and implementing training programs for new employees on proper sales techniques and procedures.
- Coordinating activities with other departments within the organization.
- Evaluating performance of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, and providing feedback to improve performance.
- Maintaining contact with clients/customers, or other individuals involved in the sales process.
- Quickly respond to requests from sales team and customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on projects and providing all relevant information to internal support team.
- Represent the company at various sales events, training sessions, or events to promote the company, as required.
- Promote positive relations with employees, partners, and customers.
- Communicate and work in partnership with other department heads, and senior management at Apex Cyber Technologies to solve challenges, develop and maintain objectives and to ensure companywide consistency.
- Ensuring sales targets are achieved each quarter.
- All other duties as may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Sales and Marketing Diploma / Degree.
- 5+ years b2b sales experience.
- 3+ years experience in sales management role.
- Solid understanding of the ICT industry products and solutions including Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital.
- Ability to interact with C-Level executives and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Ability to delegate efficiently.
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
- Diplomacy and patience.
- People skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- Ability to lead a team to success.
- Passion for helping others and providing mentorship.

**Salary**: R1 008 000,00 per year
