**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Build dependable connections with important clients to keep them from switching to competitors.
- Acquire a thorough grasp of the essential demands and specifications of your customers.
- By continually providing solutions that achieve their objectives, you can deepen your relationship with current clients.
- Make sure that clients receive the appropriate services on schedule.
- Serve as a point of contact for important clients and internal departments
- To preserve trust, address customer concerns and grievances as well as complaints.
- Contribute significantly to the creation of new sales that result in long-term partnerships. Using important account indicators, prepare progress reports and projections on a regular basis.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Proven Key Client management experience
- 2-5 years expertise in managing key accounts
- 2-5 years commercial sales experience
- Strong network and personal brand management skills
- Experience in offering solutions depending on the requirements of customers
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to establish connections with professionals at all organisational levels
- Outstanding aptitude for organisation
- Possession of problem-solving and negotiating skills

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)
